We are seeking a leader in the Oncology in vivo pharmacology group to support drug discovery efforts for the treatment of cancer.
The primary responsibilities are to lead a group of scientists in generating and using transgenic mouse models of cancer for use in drug discovery efforts in the setting of an innovative and fully integrated biotech organization with a focus on translational research.

This candidate is expected to present and communicate internally and to external collaborators. The candidate will also be supervising a group of 3 to 5 research scientists.
Requirements:
¡¤ Strong expertise in generation of transgenic mouse models of cancer including experience with colony management, tumor imaging and mouse genetics
¡¤ Broad knowledge of cancer biology
¡¤ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers across multiple areas of expertise both inside and outside of Beigene Bio
¡¤ Experience in managing scientists in a research organization
¡¤ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
¡¤ Excellent communications skills ¨C bilingual in English and Chinese
¡¤ PhD degree required
