Research Investigator/Sr. Research Investigator/Principal Research Investigator in Oncology in vivo

We are seeking a leader in the Oncology in vivo pharmacology group to support drug discovery efforts for the treatment of cancer.
The primary responsibilities are to lead a group of scientists in developing and using mouse models of cancer for use in drug discovery efforts in the setting of an innovative and fully integrated biotech organization with a focus on translational research.

This candidate is expected to present and communicate internally and to external collaborators. The candidate will also be supervising a group of 3 to 5 research scientists.
Requirements:
¡¤ Strong expertise in use of animal models for drug discovery and development, preferably in pharmaceutical oncology drug discovery.
¡¤ Experience in integrating pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and efficacy endpoints required
¡¤ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers across multiple areas of expertise both inside and outside of Beigene Bio
¡¤ Experience in managing scientists in a research organization
¡¤ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
¡¤ Excellent communications skills ¨C bilingual in English and Chinese
¡¤ PhD degree required
